STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. You must pay your bill within 30 working days unless the bill gives you a different due date. If you pay late, we can charge you an extra 10% of what you still owe. Respect The Root will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Respect The Root reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Some countries take out taxes before you pay a bill. You must pay those taxes to your government yourself. You still have to pay us the full amount on our bill, no matter what your country's tax rules are. 
  5. We promise to do our best work for you and finish on time. However, we cannot promise perfect results every time. Respect The Root cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. If you have a problem with what we sold you or the work we did, you must tell us within 8 days of getting it. You must write down your complaint and mail it to our main office using a tracked letter (so we have proof it arrived). 
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
